Discussion:
Unseasonably cool weather  will be with us thanks to the northwest flow around a storm system parked in Canada.  It will also be rather breezy through Tuesday.   Spotty brief showers are likely in the afternoon and evening both days.  Partial clearing at night will allow lows to reach the mid 30s to lower 40s Monday night and Tuesday night.  Hopefully we will avoid any frost but we should monitor that carefully.  Rain amounts are expected to stay fairly low, mainly .20 inch or less.  Wednesday and Thursday should be partly cloudy and warmer.  A small chance of rain will be found Thursday night into Friday over the southern third of Wisconsin.   Otherwise there will be a higher rain chance Saturday night and Sunday.  Forecast confidence is moderately high the next dew days.
Forecast:     **The  forecast low temperature is for vine level**
